The heart beat behind the Dilmah operation lies at the Peliyagoda head office. Here is where the cogs of the Dilmah machine operate tirelessly and seamlessly to create the world’s favourite cup of tea.

This 15,000 sqft office space that houses the finance, HR and legal departments went through a complete restructuring, the first since its inception by Mr. Merill. J . Fernando in the early 90s.

The newly designed open office space encourages a collaborative work environment and fosters harmony among the different departments.
