FAB KOLLUPITIYA

This project for the FAB Flagship Patisserie entailed modifying the previously underutilized back office and incorporating it into an expanded café space, with an outside dining area and an industrialized kitchen with ample storage for the various cakes and food items.

After the completion of the test project at the Duplication Road outlet, Ayointerior echoed the same youthful look and feel at the flagship branch. The custom designed wallpaper and wall murals infused with pastel tones, were used across the new interior. The teak inlaid floors, marble worktops and counter, custom designed light fixtures and furniture added the perfect blend of elegance and grace to the interior.

The expanded and transformed café has an immediate appeal and attraction to the customer base. The outside open deck is complete with wall murals and fairy lights and is the location where exquisite coffee, an extensive breakfast spread, and delectable desserts are served. The atmosphere generated inside the newly renovated flagship location demonstrates the significance of the space as being more than just a café.
